Dead bike need help

Hey everyone I'm a newbie foreigner who needs some help.

I recently got a used Kymco K-Pipe 125. It is currently parked on the top floor of a parking garage with a broken shift linkage. I need to either fix the thing in place or get it to a shop that can fix it. The problem is I can't get it out of first to start the thing and even then getting anywhere would be brutal.

Option 1 (my favorite) have someone who can fix the bike and has the part in question come to where it is parked and fix it in place

Option 2 have a shop that can fix it come and pick the bike up with a truck and drive it to their shop and fix it then bring it back and charge me for the total job.

Option 3 (basically option 1) have a shop pick up the bike bring it to their shop fix it and I come pay for it and drive it home

Option 4 Have someone recommend a shop that can fix the bike and a service that I can call and arrange to pick up the bike to bring it to the shop

Option 5 have someone help me figure out how to get the part myself and fix it myself (I lack a ball joint separator)

I'm at my wits end on how to solve this and any and all options would be great. If anyone knows a service centre that can help or any of my other options please lend me a hand and name your price for the help.
