Planning to sell my 2nd hand motorcycle that has not been transferred to my name. I do have complete documents. (DOS & Original OR CR).
Will it be much easier just to transfer it to my name before selling it? Or can proceed with selling it without transferring?
(Noting lang na the reason why I haven't transferred it to my name kasi kaka-register lang nung owner yung motor before handing it to me. Nanghinayang ako bagong register pa. Haha.)
