Yamaha XTZ 125

Hello mga sir,
I have read that XTZ 125 have the same engine with TTR125 / YBR125, is it true?
Went to a yamaha dealer and was able to sit on one.
Price is 81,900php

Planning to have a new bike and just wondering if you guys have other suggestions.
I am newbie with offroad / trail bikes, my previous motmot was XRM 125 w/ manual clutch and I got rid of it.
My height is 5'6 (168cm) and 130-150lbs (60-70kg).
Ideal bike:
- 125-150cc category
- somewhat hooligan
- slight to heavy...
