Emission Tests for Renewal of Registration

I heard na you need to line up for the emission test as early as 1AM. Totoo ba ito? I need to renew my registration, and I'd like to ask you guys for your experiences. nangyayari ba ito sa in all LTO offices? or selected sites only. If meron nag renew sa LTO Caloocan, please share your experiences. Thanks.
