Ok guys, does anyone answer these questions because I am a little confused.
1. According to the new number plate law we all have to register the bikes by June the 30th, even if we have just registered our bikes. Is the LTO even set up for these new procedures? has anyone done it yet?
2. Duterte say he wants to suspend the implementation of the law but Gordon say he cant do that as it is already law, anyone know what the reality is?
3. Does anyone know what the hell we are supposed to do? If...
